To create a webbing effect, stretch the fabric as tightly as possible and secure the edges to where you want to display the web. The tighter the fabric is pulled, the better the results. Once fabric is secured, safely cut, slash, or poke the fabric using a sharp object such as a utility knife, box cutter, or other sharp tool as many times as you want to create the desired effect.
