Black Stick Makeup

The Black Makeup Liner Stick is great for outlines or to create ghostly and ghastly effects. Washes off with water!

• The black makeup stick is water washable.
• Ingredients: Hydrogenated Coco-glycerides, Paraffin, Petrolatum, Octyl Palmitate, Polyethylene, BHT, Tocopheryl Acetate and may contain: Iron Oxides CI 77499
• Note: Do not use on broken, blemished or sensitive skin. See packaging or more information.

To Apply:

• Dot makeup onto face with fingertip, cotton swab, or included applicator.

To Remove:

• Makeup washes off with soap and warm water.
• Remove excess makeup with a moist paper towel.
