The remote is great, but the customer service is even better. I had a problem with my first remote and they took care of it. I didn't approach them until almost a year later, they replaced it with no questions asked.

I do appreciate this product and I enjoy using it every year in my own haunt however the only draw back that I have truly found is the antenna breaks easy still works after it does but ya and I have multiple fog machines and you cant use multiples of this product without making the wrong fog machine go off and no they won't activate all the machines at the same time ether I tried that to lol

This product works very well, even at the end of my 45 foot driveway. The only downside is that the antenna is very fragile and broke off the first night of use. But, even with no antenna, it still works fine!

Surprised me with how far you could be away from the censor; I mean you cant be a block away and it still work but 10/15 feet away and it will start your fog machine no problem and that is plenty far enough. Overall its great to have for your fog machine, so you aren't stuck beside your machine when you could be doing other things.

Bought this thing to use with one of my 5 foggers because I had lost the original remote and it worked like a charm. Easy to install and even easier to use.

Used remote off tractor for hayride, needed better range, had to manipulate so it would work as well as moving arm up and down.

For some reason, the remote drains the battery overnight and the documentation states that the battery cannot be replaced. I found a replacement battery, but once installed, the remote drained it also. Not happy with the purchase, but would cost more to return than it's worth.
