Great looking tie, but short

Don't know if this tie is made for children only, but it is a little short. My husband is wearing it under a gray sweater vest, so the length won't show anyway. It's a good quality tie.

I bought this for a Halloween party at work. I bought everything and just needed the tie.I was a little perplexed that the tie was not Burgendy and Gold....it was nowhere those colors.The tie was plum and gold.
