I had a previous review of product failure upon arrival, which while still accurate I will say I have had some amazing customer support from Spencer's. Intimate Support reached out to me to let me know they'd be willing to replace the product for me immediately and offered me several options going forward. While I can't remark on the quality of the product yet, I can certainly say I'll keep coming back thanks to the wonderful customer service I've received from the staff here.

I bought this as a birthday present for my man. None of the batteries worked upon arrival and after purchasing new batteries, the product was still defective. Would not recommend.

I received this product and I opened it to check how loud it would be, then to try it myself before taking it on a run with my boyfriend. I opened it up and immediately was disappointed because it wouldn't turn on! I tried messing with the batteries and when I took it into the Peoria store we even switched the batteries to check, but no luck. Definitely won't buy these again.
