Comments about Spencer's 2.5 Ft Grim Graven Angel Animatronics - Decorations:
This is an amazing animatronic that I would buy over and over again. It is a little small. Has many things to say that try to keep you out of his graveyard. Sadly, this animatronic is sold out and will not be able to be sold again!!! :(
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

About Me Budget Shopper
i like the prop because he is awesome
I would buy this product again.
Bought this for my daughter. She loves Halloween. I'm sure she will love it.
I would buy another one too.
It was a cute add to my haunted house. I highly recommend this if you want another animatronic to get. Easily to set up and need to get batteries.
This product is Awesome. I expected it to speak and the eyes to light up but I was surprised when the arms moved as well! The wings look awesome. It is very sturdy. It greets everyone as they walk in our front door saying "This place is Evil....", they all love it as well. Looking forward to putting it outside for Halloween!
The Grim Graven Angel is a seriously cool animatronic!

The Grim Graven Angel is a sensational animatronic. He can be placed inside or outside. His motion detection is flawless as he works effortlessly every time. Also, I love that the angel has a volume control button. His spooky voice is mesmerizing.

Great Animatronic for the price
from Colorado Springs, CO
Bought this for my cemetery for Halloween to go with my cemetery angel from a few years back and they went perfectly together. Head and hands move pretty well, and the sensor is good. Only has one phrase but it is longer so he run for a good amount of time. The only cons are that the feet and wings are thin and prone to chipping, but for the price he is overall good quality.

I would recommend this.
A friend bought this and it made me want one. Very nice quality. Wings are kind of cheaply made though. Mine arrived without the wings, so I called customer service and they are sending them out to me! Some of the best customer service, not to mention well made props in general.
A hit with my 5 year old
from West Virginia
My 5 year old son loves this prop. The rest of the review are in his words. I like that the lantern lights up well in the dark and that his eyes are blue when they light up. The clothing is good quality and I like that it is a skeleton angel and it is a boy. I like the sound it makes. The wings are a little fragile, but if I am careful with them, this will last a long time. This is perfect for my Halloween collection and good quality, so I love it.
What a cool prop !!!
This is a very cool prop and his sayings are very spooky and creepy he is really good if you have like a grave yard in your like front yard
Adorable little ghoul

I saw him in store and absolutely loved him. He's small, but that's not a bad thing, he's great for little areas of your haunt needing something different. He's got a volume control and can use batteries if you're running out of areas to put cords. I like his voice and the blue glow in his eyes. Great for the price too. I'm pleased with him!

This guy will look great at my cemetery entrance. The sound is good especially for its size and the creepy sound effects with his voice are well done. Just his hands and his head move and his eyes glow blue the costume is grey and wispy and looks spooky in the wind. The Spirit store had him set up in a Bell Tower but I'll be putting him on some type of stand which actually makes his motion sensor work better.
Cool, but the wings were damaged.
He is a really cool animatronic. However, the wings are thin plastic and were curved around him in the box. When we tried to (slowly) straighten them out, they split in half. We are attempting to fix them... He will still be cool with out the wings if we can't get them fixed, but they do add a nice touch!
When I got my Grim Graven Angel in the mail, I was so excited to unpack him! When I was unboxing him, to me, he had a bright design to him, when you look at him, there is just something that stands out with him. He has a fair amount of detail. He is dressed in a grey robe with creepy cloth hanging off his hood. His lantern also really adds to his affect as it blinks when he is activated. I would've gave him 5 stars, but on mine, his 1 eye doesn't light up and his wings are made of a cheaper plastic.Overall, he is a cool prop and I do recommend him.
Grim Graven Angel review
from New York
This guy was one of the 3 animatronics I wanted at the time (Compost Corpse, Lil' Skelly Bones, and Grim Graven Angel. I got this dude for my birthday from my parents and I immediately opened him up. I was very happy with him but was not happy when I realized he didn't come with wings. So my dad talked to customer service and they will provide me with some wings for him. I noticed he also didn't have an adapter so I looked on the back of him and noticed there was an on and off switch. What I like about him not needing an adapter is because I've never like how there's this scary creature or something and this ugly wire coming out. I prefer battery powered animatronics.I also like how since he doesn't have a wire, people will think he's just a creepy little statue until his eyes and lantern light up and he talks. I, however, don't like how he mentions "graveyard" in 2 of his 3 sayings because what if I want to use it for something else. Overall I'm happy with him!

I had 7 animatronics in my graveyard, most of them larger and got the most compliments on this little guy.He sounds good, the lantern and eyes glow. Nice piece for the money.
We had to replace batteries as soon as we got him out of the box because he wasn't working properly. Also the wings won't stay on. He's super scary! He is a great addition to our Graveyard front yard!
This guy is cool.
This little guy is pretty creepy. He's a little on the short side but his sayings make up for it. The only thing that's pretty bad is his motion sensor. You have to be 1 foot in front of it to get it to work.
Cool little guy!

I recently bought this prop. I was really satisfied with it except for the fact that his arms don't really move. Otherwise he is a great prop. I am planning to also buy Gaseous Fog Zombie and a Fog Machine to go with him.
yes i would buy him again

sounds good and loud inside can't wait to try him outside
By D A Brisson
got him on sept 8 try him the basement sounds good and loud will be using him in my graveyard weather permitting if not front window works just wish he was a little taller
His eye burned out almost immediately and motion control isn't sensitive enough. But I like that he is battery operated and portable
Cute, but not scary
from Brooklyn Park Minnesota
The unit worked fine only after I fiddled with the wiring for the sensor. I found mine sticking out the back on top of the power unit. I reseated the plug, and it worked well. Not real scary, but cute and original enough to be in our collection.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
looks cool but have had problems

So this was my first yr with this girl. She worked at home inside the house but outside did not work for me. This was disappointing and there was no external speaker. it was affordable and it looked cool in my graveyard I made. hopefully ill get it to work better next yr. Others commented that the wings are cheaply made which is true its like one of those plastic masks we wore in the 1980s.The rest of the body and stuff was decent. If I can get it to work outdoors next yr I would recommend it.
Will not work as described
The motion detector did not work as soon as I took it out of the box. What a Joke
Sound and lighting great - Wings not so great
Sound and lighting is fantastic but the wings will not stay on with included Velcro, are very flimsy and cheep
They kinda ruined this one.

In the past, this prop had a AC adapter jack which allowed it to operate on either batteries or on the AC adapter. Now it is battery only and that makes it fairly useless for large displays. The last thing that I want to do is run out into the cemetery scene every night to turn this on and wonder if the batteries will last the evening for 2 plus weeks. The other props I bought from them can run on their AC adapter and also have remote triggering which allows my automation system to both power them up as well as control them. Sadly, this one now has neither which renders it useless. If it had these features it would be a really cool addition to my display.
would not recommend
Pretty disappointed since my son saved his allowance for weeks in order to purchase. product came with no audio jack and we are unable to find the correct one anywhere. for the price he paid this should have been included in my opinion
