What is the Underground?
The Underground is Spencer’s email campaign. Members of the Underground receive exclusive coupons, offers, deals and discounts. Members are also the first to know the latest Spencer’s news and events.
How will I receive the coupons offers, deals discounts and event notification?
Members will receive special emails with the information.
How do I become a Member of the Underground?
Membership is FREE! You can join at any Spencer's store or SpencersOnline.com. Click Here to join now.
Who can join the Underground?
The Underground Membership is available to residents of U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico at least 13 years of age who have a valid email address.
When does my Membership expire?
Your Membership is valid as long as you do not communicate that you wish to be removed from the email list. We will communicate with you based on your interest. The more you shop, the more communication you will receive.
How do I change my contact information?
You can change your contact information at www.spencersonline.com/Underground/.

How do I cancel my Membership?
To cancel your Membership, send an email with your cancellation request to SpencerGiftsUnderground@SpencerGifts.com. In your email, include the email address that you used to enroll.

What is my password?
Your password is your personal code that lets you access all member features of this site. Your password is the secret code that you selected when you filled out your online Membership information.

POINTS
How long do I have to earn points?
You can earn points until February 24, 2009. Starting February 25, 2009, points will no longer accrue.
How long do I have to redeem the points that I have earned?
You can redeem the points you have until they expire 12 months from the date of issue. ALL points will expire February 24, 2010.
How do I earn points?
You will continue to earn points for your purchases until February 24, 2009. Beginning February 25, 2009, points will no longer accrue. To earn points, simply give your email address during the transaction. As a Member of the Underground, you will earn points for every dollar you spend on merchandise at Spencer's or SpencersOnline.com.
Can I earn points if I buy something at SpencersOnline.com?
Yes, you can earn points for your eligible purchases on SpencersOnline.com until February 24, 2009. Beginning February 25, 2009, points will no longer accrue.

What do I do if I think there is an error in my points?
Contact Member Services by email at SpencerGiftsUnderground@SpencerGifts.com or by phone 1-800-808-9622 (Mon-Fri 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time).
Do my points expire?
Points will expire 12 months from month of issue if not redeemed during the 12 months from month of issue. Beginning February 25, 2009, points will no longer accrue. ALL points will expire by February 24, 2010.
What happens to my points when I return an item?
Beginning February 25, 2009, points will no longer accrue. For returns made on or before February 24, 2009, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
REWARDS
What are rewards good toward?
Rewards can be used toward the purchase of merchandise in store or at SpencersOnline.com. You must use them on an eligible product or service in an amount greater than the value of the rewards coupons. Coupons may be combined with other offers, unless otherwise specified. rewards are valid on in-stock items only. Read more details on the rewards coupons.
How long will it take to receive my rewards coupon?
Rewards coupons arrive within 48 hours from the time you select to cash out your points at SpencersUnderground.com.
What do I do if I have not received my rewards coupons in my email?
Your rewards coupons will arrive in your email within 48 hours from the time you select to cash out your points at SpencersUnderground.com. If you do not receive your rewards coupon in 48 hours from the time of your request, please Contact Member Services by email at SpencerGiftsUnderground@SpencerGifts.com or by phone 1-800-808-9622 (Mon-Fri 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time).
Do rewards coupons expire?
Yes. rewards coupons are valid for 30 days. They must be redeemed by the expiration date printed on each rewards coupon. Expired coupons cannot be reissued.
What do I do if I lose my rewards coupon?
Lost, stolen or expired coupons cannot be replaced.
Can I receive my rewards coupons electronically?
Yes. Just log into http://www.spencersonline.com/Underground/ and go to My Account to request your rewards coupons. We'll send you an e-mail with your rewards coupon within 48 hours. To receive your discount in store, you must print your rewards coupon and bring it to a Spencer's store. To receive your discount online, you must enter your rewards coupon discount number at the point of purchase.
Can I redeem my rewards coupons on SpencersOnline.com?
Yes, rewards coupons can be redeemed in-store in U.S. and Canada or at SpencersOnline.com in the U.S.
