Above necklace imported by Spencer Gifts LLC has a “skull-and-crossbones” symbol and a metal clasp. The skull has eleven pieces of rhinestone on its forehead and one rhinestone on both ends of the crossbones. The skull and metal clasp contain high levels of lead. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects. This necklace was sold from November 2006 to December 2008 at Spirit Halloween and Spencer Gifts.
