My roommate had this sash mailed to me and I was SOOO surprised that the lights actually worked! They blink AND stay lit, giving two options. All you have to do is slip the battery pack out and pull out the piece of paper. Then squeeze the box and BAM! Birthday lights! =D

I was so excited to use my sash for my 21st Birthday but when it came in the mail it did not work properly. I was very disappointed and now I am irritated that I have to return my purchase.
