Comments about Spencers 12" Sleek Look Black Light:

i bought three of these for my dorm room and at first they were great. in the beginning one of them when being turned on took a few more seconds than the others to get to its full brightness. it would take a few seconds, but it would eventually light up. but soon when you turned it on it lit up a little bit and thats all, really pathetic. in about a week the other two stopped lighting up fully, and we changed the batteries and checked the bulb. so yeah, i'd like a refund or replacement or better black lights
