No, I would not recommend this to a friend
like the light but It shorted out after 10 uses.i opened it up and changed the fuse but no go its board is fried.ill look for another company loved the remote idea!.

I like it because most of my room lights up and it don't hurt my eyes alot. The bad thing: it is kinda hard to install with the cord out the back. But I still like it/ :)
