  • Do you ship to international addresses?
    Nope. We only ship in the U.S. of A. to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses. Other places coming!

  • Where's my order?
    When we ship it, we'll send you an e-mail with info on looking up your order.  Then you can track it all the way until it gets to your door.  But get a life! If you are cool and you have an account with us, a.k.a. you are a registered user, you can check order history through the My Account link on the site.

  • I'm lonely.  Can I talk to guest service?

  • When will you ding my credit card?
    We'll preauthorize your credit card when you place your order (hey, we gotta make sure your bank says okay), but it won't actually get charged until we ship your order.
