Email Confirmation
If you provided a valid email address when you ordered, you will receive two emails:
- The first email will be sent to confirms your order.
- The second email confirms the shipment of your order.
Is your order late?
When trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, you may want to consider the following:
- Credit card approval must be received prior to processing your order.
- Shipping only occurs on business days - Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Orders received by Noon Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are typically processed and shipped the same business day.Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. Please check the table below to determine the maximum estimated time delivery.
- Note: Fedex will NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes

Tracking your order
Registered users may track their order status from the My Account section of the website. At this time, it is only possible to track orders placed after you register with SpencersOnline.com. To track an order placed before registering, please contact us at 1-800-527-7977.
Registered users can check order status by:
- Selecting "MyAccount" from the upper toolbar from anywhere within the site.
- Login with your user name and password.
- Click on the 'Order History' link.
- Click on the 'Order#' (Order Id) to obtain order and shipment detail information.
- If your order was shipped, a tracking number will appear on a button next to the 'Tracking Number' field. By clicking the button, you can track you package shipment status.
