Eligibility: The "SPENCER’S THE HOUSE BUNNY Sweepstakes” ("Sweepstakes") starts August 1, 2008 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends September 14, 2008 at 11:59:59PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sweepstakes is open to legal residents, 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, of the United States (including the District of Columbia, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and Canada (excluding Quebec), except employees, officers, directors (and their  immediate families and those living in their same households) of Spencer Gifts LLC (hereafter "Sponsor"), its licensors and prize providers, each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, distributors, retailers and advertising, promotion, licensing and public relations agencies (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Parties"). Void in The U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. military installations in foreign countries & all other U.S. territories and possessions and where otherwise restricted or prohibited by law.  Canadian winners will be required to correctly answer without assistance of any kind, a timed mathematical skill-testing question administered by telephone, email or other delivery method selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

To Enter: Entrants may enter during the Sweepstakes Period by: 1) going online to www.SpencersOnline.com/(“Sweepstakes Site”), becoming a member of Sponsor’s Underground program (membership is free of charge), following the instructions to submit an online entry, including entering all required information (first name, last name, street address, city, state/province, country, zip code, date of birth and day time phone number) or 2) in connection with a purchase made from Sponsor’s retail stores or at Spenceronline.com.  NOTE: THE SECOND ENTRY METHOD IS NOT AVAILABLE IN ANY OF THE UNITED STATES OR CANADIAN PROVINCES WHERE THE INCLUSION OF SUCH METHOD WOULD MAKE THE SWEEPSTAKES NON-COMPLIANT WITH APPLICABLE LAWS.  NO MAIL-IN ENTRIES ALLOWED. ANY MAIL-IN ENTRIES SUBMITTED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, WILL BE VOID AND AUTOMATICALLY DESTROYED WITHOUT OPENING.

Privacy:  All information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at the Sweepstakes Site.

All entries must be received by September 14, 2008 11:59:59PM ET at which time the Sweepstakes ends.  Only one entry per person and/or email address will be accepted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Incomplete, illegible, false or deceptive entries are void. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged.   Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, computer or software malfunctions or telephone transmission problems or technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware) or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether caused by computer viruses, worms or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, equipment, programming used in this Sweepstakes, mechanical, electronic or human error or otherwise, or entries which are late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, or otherwise not in compliance with the Sweepstakes’ Official Rules, and all such entries will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to identity of any entrant entering online, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules & to the decisions of the judges, which shall be final & binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Drawing: Winner will be selected in a random drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  The drawing will occur on or about September 16,   2008 from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or via phone.

One (1) Grand Prize: Grand prize winner will receive:

i.                    A private screening of the movie “The House Bunny” for the grand prize winner and 100 guests, and

ii.                  101 Playmate of the Year necklaces.

Combined ARV of the Grand Prize: 1,000.  Any and all taxes on the prize, and any other costs, fees, and expenses not explicitly stated herein (including, but not

limited to, ground transportation, concessions, meals and gratuities), are the sole responsibility of the grand prize winner or his/her guests. Screening must be taken on the date and location to be specified by Sponsor or its designee.

Screening conditions: If Grand Prize winner elects to partake in the screening without any guests or with fewer than one hundred (100) guests, the attendance of fewer than 101  individuals at such screening shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s obligation regarding the screening component of the Grand Prize, and no additional compensation will be awarded.  Screening is subject to theater availability and general release date of “House Bunny.”  Screening is for one (1) showing only.  Grand Prize winner may choose from the following times, which are subject to approval by the theater selected by Sponsor:  Monday - Thursday during business hours; Saturday and Sunday morning matinee time period only; no screening opportunities on Friday.  If a theater in the Grand Prize winner's immediate town is not playing the “House Bunny” movie, then the screening shall take place at the next closest theater to the Grand Prize winner's town.  Screening must take place during the time period established by Sponsor.  All expenses associated with traveling to and from the theater are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his/her respective guests.  All other expenses, including, but not limited to, food, drink, other concessions, and any other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize winner and his/her respective guests, as applicable.  Once screening date is determined, no change, extension, or substitution is permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion.  Grand Prize winner is responsible for admittance of guests to screening subject to standard theater policy.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, cash redemption, or prize substitutions (or portion thereof) allowed, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the unlikely event

that any portion of the prize is cancelled or undeliverable for any reason (i.e., the postponement or cancellation of an event), Sponsor will award a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value. The potential winner will have 48 hours from the date and time such notification is issued to respond to such notification by following instructions provided therein. If the potential winner responds to such notification in a timely manner, the potential winner will be required to sign, notarize and return an affidavit of

eligibility/liability and publicity release (unless prohibited by law) within five (5) days of the notification being issued or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Guests must be age 18 or older as of the time of signing the affidavit.  In the event the prize notification is undeliverable or no response is received from the potential winner within the prescribed time, such potential winner will be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate winner in its sole discretion. Acceptance of any prize constitutes the prize winner’s permission for Sponsor and/or its designees to use prize winner’s name, biographical and prize information, picture, and likeness for promotional or advertising purposes in connection with this Sweepstakes without further notice or further compensation or permission except where prohibited by law. All entries are subject to verification prior to awarding of the prize. Eligibility, age, and claims made by prize winners in regards to compliance with these Official Rules also are subject to verification prior to awarding of prize. Sponsor will not replace any lost, damaged, misdirected or stolen prize items once in the winner’s possession. Sweepstakes Parties shall not be liable to winner or any person claiming through winner for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulations(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, threatened terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, war (declared or undeclared), fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal) labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Sweepstakes Parties’ sole control (collectively, "Force Majeure Event").  By entering, entrants agree that Sweepstakes Parties & all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns (“Releasees”), shall have no liability for and to forever and irrevocably release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any claims, liability, judgments, demands, lawsuits, damage, death, expenses, costs, loss or injury that may arise, result from or is in connection with, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from: (i) the travel to and from, attendance at, acceptance, possession, defects of, use or misuse of the prize or any element thereof, (ii) the Sweepstakes and any element thereof, including without limitation, the participation, entry or inability to participate in this Sweepstakes, (iii) printing, distribution or production errors in connection with this Official Rules or any printed online or offline promotional or marketing materials in connection with the Sweepstakes (including, without limitation, any Sponsor coupons distributed in malls, which coupons refer to the Sweepstakes), and (iv) the collection, use and/or sharing of personally identifiable information of entrant by the Sponsor and the violation of any privacy, proprietary, personal or publicity rights. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, rescind any promotional and marketing materials in connection with the Sweepstakes found to contain such errors without liability to any of the Sweepstakes Parties. Sponsor makes no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the nature of any prize awarded. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should causes beyond the control of Sponsor or any of the Sweepstakes Parties, including but not limited to a Force Majeure Event (as defined herein), impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and in the event of cancellation, termination or suspension, select, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a potential winner from eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such cancellation, termination or suspension. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that (i) tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operations of this Sweepstakes in any manner, (ii) violates the Official Rules, or (iii) acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek civil and/or criminal prosecution and/or damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Jury Trial Waiver: Except as prohibited by law and as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant hereby waives any right it may have to a trial by jury in respect of any litigation directly or indirectly arising out of, under or in connection with this Sweepstakes.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction: The conduct of this Sweepstakes & the application of these Official Rules shall be governed by the law of the state of New Jersey USA, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event that any dispute arises regarding the Sweepstakes or the prize.
