DISTRICT SALES MANAGER
Positions currently available in the following areas:  Southern CA, Kansas City, MO, Richmond, VA / Raleigh, NC,  Columbus, OH, Ft. Worth, TX and Albany, NY.

Responsibilities:

Merchandise Analyst

Responsibilities:

-Analyzes, recommends and maintains the optimal store matrix for their areas of responsibility, and coordinates field input into the matrix department.  Provides Distribution and planning systems expertise for other users.  Partner with Planning Manager potential systems and process enhancement.

 

-Participates in assortment planning process and makes recommendations to support allocation strategies.  Provides analysis and research to support the creation of the assortment matrix and buy plans.  Provide pertinent visibility / feedback / direction to Planning Manager and Buying teams on Top Selling items and Slow Selling items. Provide pertinent feedback / direction to Planning Manager and Buying Team to support the development of store volume clusters and the implementation of new merchandise concepts.  Guides distribution strategies to optimally incorporate store demographics into the assortment and allocation processes.  Reviews case pack and order flow recommendations.  Reviews store feedback related to assortment.  Participates in the Business review.

 

-Analyses store-level inventory productivity and makes adjustment to business trends.  Provides information to aid the topside inventory productivity and merchandise profitability analysis.  Provides information to aid in the age of inventory /exit strategy.

 

-Purchase order management responsibilities include the creation, communication and execution of purchase orders utilizing internal systems as well as vendor support.

 

-Lead the tracking and coordination with the buying team and vendors.

Sr. Project Manager

Responsibilities:

-Control quality and cost of projects through surveys, site visits, liaison with contractors and authorities, plan reviews and bidding procedures.

-Train, advise, assist and evaluate the professional progress and quality of work of the project managers

-Monitor projects through phone contact with site supervisor, phone contact with general contractor or direct site inspection to ensure the construction schedule is met giving an on time store opening to meet sales projections.

-Perform follow-up work on completed projects to include but not limited to; punchlist items, warranty items and repair items.

-Work within the department and with other departments to find new ways and to improve existing ways of constructing our stores so as to get the best store at the lowest cost.

Education/Experience:
-Overall construction knowledge with emphasis on mall construction.

-Ability to evaluate and interpret plans to minimize costs and mistakes.

-Effective communication both verbal and written.

-Effective early identification of and solutions to problems.

-Must be organized and versatile enough to supervise other project managers and multiple construction projects at the same time.

.NET Developer

Responsibilities:

·        Define, develop, and maintain applications written in C# and Visual Basic .NET utilizing the .Net Framework, Window Forms, ASP.NET, HTML, DHTML and JavaScript.

·        Develop and tune multi-user ADO and ADO.NET applications interfacing with relational databases including DB2, Oracle and MS SQL Server.

·        Maintain Visual Basic v6.0 and ASP applications.

·        Write and/or maintain reports using Crystal Reports or Activereports.NET.  Integrate reports into new and existing applications.

·        Consult with users to understand functions to be automated, objectives, desired features, and report structure.

·        Convert design and specifications into computer code.  Define and code screen layouts, graphical user interfaces, printed outputs, and interfaces with other systems.

·        Create and execute test plans, verifying results and confirming that applications meet specifications.  Analyze code to find causes of errors.

·        Develop and maintain application documentation.

·        Analyze, install and test upgrades of products.  Monitor performance of applications and/or programs after implementation, taking actions as required.

POS II Associate

Responsibilities:

·        Performs all duties of a POS Associate I, which include:

o       Provides initial problem identification by performing detailed troubleshooting of store POS (Point of Sale) equipment (microcomputers and associated peripherals, and data collection terminals) and all related software.

o       Performs operational functions of polling store data, schedule, monitor and control the processing, transmission and retrieval of store data.

o       Supports field emergencies outside of Corporate Office business hours, including Store Maintenance, Asset Management, and Operational issues.  Places service calls to appropriate contractors, or escalates issues as necessary.

·        Provides the second level of POS Support.  Diagnoses and resolves various PC related problems ranging from software bugs to major hardware malfunctions.

  • Automates the process of software restoration and data recovery.
  • Supports and monitors the installation and performance of Store WAN equipment.
  • Assists in training/troubleshooting with fellow POS Associates.
  • Ensures daily turnover/task list is completed and all problems are attended to in Supervisor’s absence.
  • Performs operational functions of polling store data.  Schedules, monitors and controls the processing, transmission and retrieval of store data using working knowledge of Windows and RemoteWare Software.

 

·        Education/Experience:
In-depth knowledge of the operation, configuration, technologies, architecture and installation of POS hardware components including IBM-compatible PC’s and peripherals, and Telxon data recording units.

·        Basic understanding of telecom and electrical systems.

·        Must have a working knowledge of Windows 2000/XP and RemoteWare Software.

·        Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products with emphasis on ACCESS.

·        Superior troubleshooting skills and the ability to learn on the fly.

·        Superior telephone etiquette with the ability to communicate information in a language that is easily understood by store associates.

·        Hands-on experience diagnosing problems with IBM-compatible PC hardware.

·        Ability to deal effectively with the retail field, vendors, peers and supervisors. Must be able to lead/train others.

·        Must have a positive attitude, be people-oriented and have a willingness to assume responsibility.

·        Ability to work under pressure, and willingness to work extra hours as required.

·        Associates degree or 2-4 years of job-related experience.
