How do I become a Member of the Underground?
Membership is FREE! You can join at any Spencer's store or SpencersOnline.com.
Who can join the Underground?
The Underground Membership is available to residents of U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico at least 13 years of age.
When does my Membership expire?
Your Membership is valid as long as you make a qualifying purchase in a 24-month period.
How do I change my contact information?
You can change your contact information at www.SpencersUnderground.com/MyAccount.
How do I cancel my Membership?
To cancel your Membership, send an email with your cancellation request to SpencerGiftsUnderground@SpencerGifts.com. In your email include your Member number and the email address that you used to enroll.
Will my Membership information be shared with other companies?
Spencer's is extremely concerned with your privacy. We do NOT sell or rent your personal information to third parties. For more information, please read our complete Spencer's Privacy Policy.
Can my family or friends use my Membership so I'll earn extra POINT$ on their purchases?
No. Memberships are nontransferable and are only valid for use by the person whose name is given upon registration.
Why do you need my e-mail address?
When you provide your e-mail address, we can send you REWARD$, notify you quickly of exclusive, last-minute offers for Members and send you a notification email when your REWARD$ Coupons are available for viewing and printing.

Where can I find my Member ID?
For Members who joined prior to 7/2/2007, your 10-digit Member ID can be found on the back of your Access Pass.
For Members who joined after 7/2/2007 your 10-digit Member ID can be found on the back of your Membership key tag.
What is my password?
Your password is your personal code that lets you access all member features of this site. Your password is the secret code that you selected when you filled out your online Membership information.
What if I forget my password?

What should I do if I've lost my card?
Don't worry. You can still receive POINT$ for your purchases. For in-store purchases, just tell the associate that you are a member of the Underground and provide your Email address to receive POINT$ for your purchase. The associate will issue you a new Membership key tag.

How do I earn POINT$?
Simply show your Membership Access Pass or Membership key tag in store or enter your Member ID for online purchases. As a Member of the Underground, you will earn points for every $1 you spend on merchandise at Spencer's or SpencersOnline.com. You will have the opportunity to earn additional POINT$ through special offers and promotions. As a Member you will have the opportunity to be a FRONT ROW or BACK STAGE MEMBER and earn POINT$ based on your spending.
- FRONT ROW MEMBERSHIP: Members who spend $99.99 or less annually will be a member of the Front Row Membership level of the Underground.
- BACKSTAGE MEMBERSHIP: Members who spend $100 or more per year will be invited to advance to the Backstage Membership level. Upon your acceptance to the Backstage Membership level you will earn 2 POINT$ for nearly every $1 you spend.
When can I begin to earn POINT$?
You can begin earning POINT$ once you have enrolled in the Underground. Enter your Member ID during the transaction for SpencersOnline.com purchases, or show your Membership Access Pass or key tag at the register in a Spencer's store.
Can I earn POINT$ if I buy something at SpencersOnline.com?
Yes, you can earn POINT$ for your eligible purchases on SpencersOnline.com. Just remember to enter your Member ID during your transaction.
How do I keep track of my POINT$?

What if I forgot to show my card when I made a purchase?
It's easy to make sure you earn POINT$ on all your purchases. If you forgot to show your card when you made a purchase in the store or did not enter the number when you made a purchase at SpencerGifts.com simply send a copy of your receipt via email, fax or U.S. Postal Service as follows:

What do I do if I think there is an error in my POINT$?

Do my POINT$ expire?
POINT$ will expire if not redeemed during the 12 months from date of issue.
What happens to my POINT$ when I return an item?
The POINT$ you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

What are REWARD$ good toward?
REWARD$ can be used toward the purchase of merchandise in store or at SpencersOnline.com. You must use them on an eligible product or service in an amount greater than the value of the REWARD$ Coupons. Coupons may be combined with other offers, unless otherwise specified. REWARD$ are valid on in-stock items only. Read more details on the REWARD$ Coupons.
Can I save up my POINT$ for larger REWARD$?
Every time you earn 50 POINT$, you are eligible for a $5 REWARD$ Coupon to use in stores or at SpencersOnline.com. You may save your REWARD$ and cash them out for a larger purchase.
How long will it take to receive my REWARD$ Coupon?
REWARD$ Coupons arrive within 48 hours from the time you select to cash out your POINT$ at SpencersUnderground.com.
What do I do if I have not received my REWARD$ Coupons in my email?
Keep in mind that your REWARD$ Coupons will arrive in your email within 48 hours from the time you select to cash out your POINT$ at SpencersUnderground.com. If you do not receive your REWARD$ Coupon in 48 hours from the time of your request, please Contact Member Services by email at SpencerGiftsUnderground@SpencerGifts.com or by phone 1-800-808-9622 (Mon-Fri 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time).
Do REWARD$ Coupons expire?
Yes. REWARD$ Coupons are valid for 30 days. They must be redeemed by the expiration date printed on each REWARD$ Coupon. Expired Coupons cannot be reissued.
What do I do if I lose my REWARD$ Coupon?
Lost, stolen or expired Coupons cannot be replaced.
Can I receive my REWARD$ Coupons electronically?
Yes. Just log into www.SpencersUnderground.com and go to My Account to request your REWARD$ Coupons. We'll send you an e-mail with your REWARD$ Coupon within 48 hours. To receive your discount in store, you must print your REWARD$ Coupon and bring it to a Spencer's store. To receive your discount online, you must enter your REWARD$ Coupon discount number at the point of purchase
Can I redeem my REWARD$ Coupons on SpencersOnline.com?
Yes, REWARD$ Coupons can be redeemed in-store in U.S. and Canada or at SpencersOnline.com in the U.S.

How will I receive my 2007 Second Quarter REWARD$?
Second Quarter REWARD$ are for purchases made April 1, 2007 to June 30, 2007. Your Second Quarter Membership REWARD$ Coupon will be mailed to you via U.S. mail by July 31, 2007.
How will I receive my REWARD$ if I do not have an email address?
When you provide your e-mail address, we can send you REWARD$, notify you quickly of exclusive, last-minute offers for Members and send you a notification email when your REWARD$ are available. Spencer's is extremely concerned with your privacy. We do NOT sell or rent your personal information to third parties. For more information, please read our complete Spencer's Privacy Policy. Does my Access Pass still work?
Yes, you can continue to use your Access Pass and Membership number to make purchases in store and online.
What if I want a Key Tag?
Starting on July 9, 2007 you can request a Key Tag instore with your next purchase.
