Returning an Item

The invoice slip in your package will contain detailed instructions on how to return an item. Here are a few basic requirements for returns:

• Items must be received in new and unused condition and not missing any items (including the original packaging).
• Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.
• Items must be received in the original unopened and factory sealed package. (Please look at item carefully before opening the factory sealed packaging.)
• Returns are not permitted on any personal adult merchandise including personal lubricants and massagers
• Returns are not permitted on opened Body Jewelry

Returning Process:

All returns accompanied by the original invoice will be refunded to the original credit card for the full amount of the merchandise + sales tax within 2 business days. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for credit to appear on statement for returned items. Refunds for purchases made with a gift card will be in the form of a gift card. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Merchandise may also be returned to any of our Spencer's stores accompanied by the original invoice. Refunds for merchandise returned to the store without the original invoice, will be given in the form of a merchandise credit gift card for the current retail value of the item.

Please note that Spencer's does not provide cash refunds.
