How are the shipping and handling charges determined?

  • Shipping charges are a combination of a base rate of the Shipping Service you select and the weight of the package being shipped. The following table shows the prices for our domestic shipping options:

Does Spencer's ship to Canada?


  • We ship to Canada via FedEx International Economy (2-5 business days) or FedEx International Priority (1-3 business days). We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

  • SpencersOnline.com does not ship to Canadian PO Boxes.

  • The shipping charges paid on the order reflect the fees for delivering your package. You will be responsible to pay any additional taxes, duties, or any additional fees upon arrival of the delivery. SpencersOnline.com is unable to estimate costs associated with the additional fees. Please contact the Canadian customs office for more information on additional fees. Please familiarize yourself with customs laws prior to ordering.

  • Due to specific regulations, we are unable to ship all products to Canada. During check out if you enter a Canadian 'ship to' address a pop-up window will display the products in your order that will have to be removed before you can complete your order.

  • The Guaranteed Holiday delivery calendar does not apply to Canadian shipping.

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars. Additional charges may apply from your bank due to the currency conversion.



What are the details of the current shipping promotion?

  • $4.99 Economy Shipping Over $39: Offer valid on newly placed orders on SpencersOnline.com only. $4.99 Economy Shipping eligible on orders over $39 in merchandise (net of discounts and before taxes). Shipping discount will be applied upon checkout to qualifying orders.

  • Offer excludes APO/FPO, express shipments, and shipments to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Oversized shipping charges may apply on select items.



Why is there an additional handling fee on oversized products?

  • Due to the size and weight of some products, an additional handling fee is applied. The oversized handling fee will be noted in the product detail page. You will see the handling fee added to your total charges upon checkout.

Will my order ship in discreet packaging?

  • For your privacy, all of our items are shipped in discreet, unmarked envelopes or boxes, with only the Spencer's name and mailing address on it.


I didn't receive all of my items, when will I receive them?

  • Custom Tees will ship separately as they take up to 3 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) to process before they ship. Custom Tees also ship from another location, so you will receive a second shipping confirmation email as well as additional tracking information.

  • Back ordered items will ship as they become available.


Can I change my address?

  • We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible; once your order is sent to our warehouse, we are unable to change your address.


Can I upgrade my shipping method?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot upgrade the shipping method once an order is placed.


What is my order status?

  • You can enter your order number and zip code on our Order Status page, or the My Account page. There you'll be able to check the order status, view your shipping information, and track your order.


How can I track my package?

  • Tracking information for your order can be found on our Order Status page, or the My Account page. Please allow 1 business day (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) for the tracking information to be updated on the carrier website.


My tracking information says delivered, but it hasn't been received.

  • If your package was processed through a local post office or courier, tracking details may say 'Delivered' once it arrives at the carrier's facility, but it may take 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) to arrive at your address. If you've waited 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) and you still do not have the package:
  • See if someone else accepted delivery. Check with household members, neighbors, building managers, the mail room, front desk, and anyone else who may have accepted the delivery.
  • Look around the delivery location. Carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe, hidden place like on a side porch, in/around your garage, or behind bushes.
  • Check your mailbox. Smaller items or items in soft packages are likely to be delivered there.
  • Check for a parcel locker key. If your mailbox is in a multiple box unit or your package is addressed to a P.O. Box, check your box for a key to a parcel locker where the package may have been delivered.
  • Check for a mail hold. If the U.S. Postal Service is holding your mail, your package will not be delivered.
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your mailbox or P.O. Box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or to pick up the package.
  • Contact the carrier. Ask if they have additional information about the package's location. (Have your tracking or delivery confirmation number handy.) If your package was shipped via FedEx, they may be able to hold the package at their local hub for you to pick up. You can call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 and see if this is possible.
