Email Confirmation
  • If you provide a valid email address when you place an order, you will receive two emails:
  • The first email will be sent to confirm your order.
  • The second email confirms the shipment of your order.
Is your order late?
  • Credit card approval must be received prior to processing your order.
  • Shipping only occurs on business days - Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days processing time before shipment.
  • Note: Fedex will NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes
Tracking your order
  • Your order will ship by FedEx or USPS. The carrier is determined by the quickness and the location of the delivery. If the order is shipped by USPS, no tracking information will be provided. It will take 3-8 business days for your package to be delivered.

    If your package is shipped by FedEx, the tracking information will appear on your shipment confirmation email. You can visit the website below and enter the tracking number for updated information. As a reminder, although you receive tracking information for your package, it might take up to 2 days for the carrier to provide any information on their website.


    Registered users may also track their order status from the My Account section of the website. At this time, it is only possible to track orders placed after you register with SpencersOnline.com.
    Registered users can check order status by:
  • Selecting "MyAccount" from the upper toolbar from anywhere within the site.
    Login with your user name and password.
    Click on the 'Order History' link.
    Click on the 'Order#' (Order Id) to obtain order and shipment detail information.
    If your order was shipped, a tracking number will appear on a button next to the 'Tracking Number' field. By clicking the button, you can track you package shipment status.
